Server commands

Run inside the container: docker exec teleos uv run python manage.py <command>.

sync_installations	GitHub App installations on the org; bots with no active installation behind them
signatures [--unknown]	The loaded agent-signature definitions, and bot identities none of them recognize
generate_sbom	Rebuild the source bill of materials

Local development only: seed_demo --reset builds a synthetic workspace (two teams, a reorg, humans, agents and bots) in a resettable database.
